Even though Vanner's first US tour is coming to a close, we had the amazing opportunity to see them in action as they performed in New York City at the Roulette Intermedium. For those who do not know, Vanner is a Kpop rookie group from VT Entertainment. The group consists of five members: Taehwan, Gon, Ahxian, Hyeseong, and Youngkwang. Ever since their debut in 2019 with the song 'Better Do Better' they have continued to gain fans from all around the world. As the tour began and we continued to see footage and fan reactions from earlier stops, we were highly interested to see the boys performed live. Once the first song began, we were already hooked from the member's stage presence and interaction with the crowd. As we looked around, although the crowd was on the smaller side, we could see all the fans giving 110% of their energy, matching the energy the boys had on stage. There were moments during the show that the translator was not present but the members, especially Gon, tried their best to communicate and translate to the audience. The members showcased their various talents while performing original songs as well as individual and group covers. As the night progressed the energy in the building did not decrease. As many fans know, a concert isn't over until a photo is taken with the audience. Even after, the boys were slow to leave the stage saying goodbye to what seemed like each individual VVS (Vanner fandom name). It was a very cute sight to see how much the boys enjoyed being in-front of their fans. The night ended with fans being able to take one on one pictures with the group members during 'Snapshots'. Among the other amazing benefits, this is a highlight of many fan's night when attending a StudioPAV show. It is an amazing way to interact further with the group even after the concert is over. Looking around, we saw fans with numerous Snapshot tickets walking around in preparation for their photo. The atmosphere during the Snapshots was very inviting and comforting even though this was the first time most if not all of the fans were meeting them. One fan explained: "I'm in a wheelchair and was very very nervous because idk how they would react...but they were all amazing! They are such a talented and kind group that needs more recognition!" This concert can be summed up as short but very very sweet, from the fan interactions to the intense stage presence, we can only expect greater things from this group in the future.
