 We headed back to NYC to cover yet another great group. This time, we have the pleasure of covering VAV, a seven member Korean boy group. This was a special coverage because it was our first time working with the Youtube channel Yoursweetguys. I had the opportunity to attend the show with Ilanna, one half of YSG. We arrived at the venue and were greeted by the familiar faces of the Studio Pav staff and volunteer team. The show began with an amazing amount of energy. Having seen clips from earlier stops, we understood how close VAV is with their VAMPZ. It is something we highly appreciate about this group. After a couple songs, it was time for the members to choose the fans that would join them on stage for special gifts and interactions. This was one of the highlights of the night. From the eye contact to the proposal, we were laughing and engaged the whole time. We had gone to VAV’s NYC stop during the last tour and was amazed at how the group had grown, not only member wise (Jacob wasn’t able to attend unfortunately) but skill wise as well. The vocals were amazing and the choreography was everything we expected and more! Looking around, we were able to see a multitude of fans expressing various emotions through out the show. Ilanna had never seen VAV in concert and was blown away by the electric atmosphere created by VAV and VAMPZ. From the first song, they captivated us, reeled us in and made us want more. The boys never lost their energy throughout the show and it was evident in their performance for “Give Me More/Un Poco Mas”. Ilanna expresses, “Watching a group you’ve never seen is always an encapsulating feeling and you always want to come back for more. In this case, I didn’t even want to leave, this show quickly became a favorite amongst the plethora of others we have attended in the past. The VAV members flawlessly made you yearn for just one more song.” VAV’s talents know no bounds and the passionate VAMPZ have every reason to support and love them, which is exactly what we will be doing from here on out. The night was unforgettable and we would like to thank Studio Pav for giving us the opportunity to experience VAV and all they have to offer (and let us tell you now, the amount is endless). We hope everyone has a chance to see this amazing group during their next tour. It is definitely one you do not want to miss!
